Matte White Purity

For matte white on full web of the coffee bag, it will need to be high purity of matte white, that depends on two points

   1 Quality Print

Quality print means we need to apply essential meansures to ensure the print quality, and now our print presses are equiped with in-line print inspection system that will remove 98% print defects on the package, watch the video.

  2. Roller Scratch Lines

During all the production processes, from print to laminate and bag-making, the roll film will have to pass through the rollers, that may cause scratch lines on the bag surface. Upon our understanding on the china converting factories, most of them can only achieve bags with some more or less scratch lines on surface, the only point is the degree for scratch lines. Only several top manufacturers may be able to realize bags without hidden scratch lines, that may be of higher costs.

Frankly speaking, there are also small hidden scratch lines on our bags, however, there is not so serious problem for most of the coffee packaging applications.

Usually, small hidden lines are more likely to appear on matte black and matte gold coffee bags, as shown in below photo
