This attractive block sides sealed bag is made of PET12/PA15/VMPET12/LDPE foil material.This is a box catpack well prepare for cat foods 2kg, which is quite famous in the consumer market for pet products. Foil Structure

This foil materials is a reinforced structure with excellent properties for pet foods block sides sealed bag. The foil structure is PET12/PA15/VMPET12/LEDPE, with graphic as below.

PET12, is one of the most common used printing substrates in flexible packaging pouches. With great clarity, stable mechanical strength and excellent printability, it is able to present the customer artwork print in great quality.

PA15, which is short for biaxially orientated polyamide film, with the most used thickness 15 microns (equals to 0.6 gauge). Usually people call it nylon film. It is of excellent mechanical strength, anti-puncture resistance and high barrier performance against oxygen. When it is applied into the foil laminate, usually the final package is achieved with reinforced mechanical strength.

VMPET12, means vacuum metallized polyester film with thickness 12 microns (equals to 0.48 gauge), is the most common used aluminum metallized films in flexible packaging field. It is with high barrier performance against mositure vapor and oxygen. The barrier performance will enable your jelly products well protected from the roaster warehouse to the consumer’s hand in a fine way.

LDPE film, means low density polyethylene film, which is the most used inner sealing layer for the pet foods pouch. It is able to provide enough sealing strength and airtight property for the final packages.

The final thickness for this foil laminate should be 120 microns, with tolerance +-5%. and the toughness of this foil will be enough to finalize good package profile for 180 grams of pet foods products.

1 Great print quality

The artwork is achieved in gravure printing which can print up to maximum 10 colors. With advanced print techniques and print defects inspection system, we are now outputing fantastic print effect against the customers’ artwork.

Besides, this amazing artwork is reversely printed on the inner side of PET film and PA film and then laminated to VMPET, which can keep the black blue and little blue colors of the customer artwork in dramatic effect.

2 Barrier Performance

The barrier performance of Metallized film should be taken as the better the flexible packaging substrate films. When Metallized film is trapped in this foil laminate, besides, the barrier performance is good enough to keep cat foods product in a fine protection.

3 High Mechanical Strength

This reinforced laminated foil is achieved with great mechanical strength, with some standard items as below.

• Tensile Strength
• Sealing Strength
• Anti-puncture Strength
• Burst Impact Strength
• Anti-pressure Property

In our daily QC work, there is an more easy and reliable method to check if the bag strength is enough to meet the various conditions in the operations of filling, transport, loading and unloading, distribution. We perform drop test against each order, of course, the standard for this drop test should be decided against customer needs.

Here, we performed the drop test of a filled pouch with 30kg of pet foods, with the foil materials strong enough to protect the products inside.
