As shown in the picture, this is a 28g pillow-shaped coffee sachet used for dimension and filling tests.
To clearly observe the filling condition and powder distribution, we used a transparent PET/LDPE structure for this test.
For regular coffee powder packaging, we normally recommend PET/AL/LDPE, which offers better protection and more stable performance in terms of barrier, appearance, and market acceptance.
The transparent structure is used here only for testing and visual confirmation.
Foil Structure
There are many different packaging substrate films available for coffee powder sachets. In this post, we use a PET/AL/LDPE structure, which provides good appearance, strong sealing, and excellent barrier performance, making it suitable for instant coffee products.

Filled Level of 28 grams instant coffee square sachet bag
This translucent material makes it easier to see the condition of the coffee powder, and the bag itself is shaped like a sachet. As seen in the photo below, we fill the existing pillow bag with 28 grams of coffee powder.
When the product is filled into roll foil and then sealed into the final pouch, the filled height should be around 60~70%of the total height, so a certain top space has to be left to ensure all the products can be filled into the package and achieve fine sealing.
