The bag is in the form of a pillow pouch, and the highly transparent material allows for a more intuitive observation of the freshness and quality of the dried banana chips. We fill the current pillow bag with 35 grams of banana chips, as shown in the picture below.
When the banana chips are filled into the roll foil and then sealed into the final pouch, the filled height should be around 60% to 70% of the total height. A certain amount of top space must be left to ensure that all the banana chips—which are bulky and irregular in shape—can be properly filled into the package without interfering with the heat-sealing area, achieving a fine and airtight seal.
