Built on a triplex barrier aluminum foil substrate, this coffee pouch is designed with cost-effectiveness as a core consideration, fitting the filling needs of 500g coffee products – the item in the image is one of the customized packaging solutions we developed for our clients. This packaging comes in the form of printed roll foil, allowing clients to complete bag-making and filling processes simultaneously using their own vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) equipment; compared to pre-made packaging like bottom gusseted bags, flat bottom pouches, or pre-made side-folded bags, this model significantly reduces the overall costs of the packaging process. Foil Materials
This foil material is a reinforced structure with excellent properties for coffee packages. The foil structure is Matte BOPP/VMPET/LDPE, with the figure below.
